Because of her experience representing both employees and employers in her legal practice, Ann has a unique understanding of what both sides endure during a protracted legal battle.  She has a crystal clear understanding of the costs, tangible and intangible, associated with a traditional lawsuit.

Knowing that there is a better way to resolve workplace issues is the guiding force behind a dispute resolution practice.  In addition to attending the Professional Skill Program at Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law, Ann has served as a mediator for claims in front of the EEOC.
