Ann has also represented both employers and individuals in claims of discrimination against their employers and in that capacity gathered facts and vital information in hundreds of situations.  She has also conducted independent third party investigations of complaints of discrimination and harassment for employers nationwide and can do the same for your organization.

This unique background gives Ann a keen insight into the issues that make employers vulnerable to employee claims.  She also understands first-hand how governmental agencies evaluate and process claims.  Her background as a plaintiff attorney give her insight into what drives an employee to retain an attorney and what employers can do to resolve matters satisfactorily before that occurs.
